No hidden extra fees and no admin charges on top of repairs, just a one off set up fee of £100 and re-advertisement fee of £80 after a tenant moves out - A simple, small set fee structure with much more included in the monthly commission than the majority of agents including discounts for essentials like Gas Safety Certificates and EPC's they wont beat us in the level of services included for your Fully Managed Package!

Our Pick and Mix Services offer an innovative selection for landlords that wish to manage their own properties but want help with certain aspects maybe just on a one off basis. For example; check outs, renewing tenancy agreements, performing an inspection, producing a full rent review, even rent collection at 5% and much more in between. This gives you the opportunity to dip in and out of our services without having to sign up to the fully managed package.
