Collection of the First Month's Rent & Deposit if required

Managing the tenancy going forward, including utilities change over, the maintenance and rent collection, will then be the responsibility of the Landlord.

Our Pick and Mix Services offer an innovative selection for landlords that wish to manage their own properties but want help with certain aspects maybe just on a one off basis. For example; check outs, renewing tenancy agreements, performing an inspection, producing a full rent review, even rent collection and much more in between. This gives you the opportunity to dip in and out of our services without having to sign up to the fully managed package.
